How long does order processing and delivery take?
- Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and transferred to shipping carriers within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During major sales or live stream events, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery takes 8–15 business days after processing is complete. (Please note that delivery times are estimates and subject to customs clearance and carrier performance).
How do I track my package?
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from China. Every order is shipped with a international tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
